Did Chris Matthews really say that the Republicans in Congress "outsourced" their party's response by having Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal deliver it?
The implicit reference makes me a little uncomfortable. Though I do have to say that while I was impressed by Jindal's natural-sounding midwestern accent and comforting first name, it bothered me a bit that his first suggestion to solve the country's problems was a reboot.
